CA TITLE 24 QUICK FACTS

CA Title 24-compliant showers may be a single piece or multiple pieces. You can install them directly onto an existing sub-floor, eliminating the need for a recessed floor. CA Title 24 specifies many parameters for showers that make them safe and accessible by seniors, including minimum interior dimensions, maximum slope and maximum curb. It also requires compliant showers to have features such as a single-lever low-flow mixing valve, grab bar, fold-down seat and soap dish.
