Understanding Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations
CA Title 24 was first launched in 1978 to reduce energy consumption and minimize waste within the commercial, industrial, and real estate construction sectors. Part of that requirement is for manufacturers, installers, and contractors to provide material traceability.
