Amira Choice Arvada

Amira Choice, a senior living community in Arvada, CO, developed by United Properties and completed in 2023, is designed to offer a vibrant, independent lifestyle for its residents. For this project, EverFab delivered 131 handcrafted fiberglass shower units that not only meet high quality standards, but also align perfectly with the community’s needs. Our collaboration focused on integrating advanced prefabrication techniques to ensure each unit was produced in a controlled environment, guaranteeing superior finish and durability.
